The Rohwer family grow and sell their specialty cut-flowers and grass-fed, grass-finished beef on their 50 acre hilltop property in Ijamsville, MD.

Located only five minutes from the bustling communities of Urbana and Ijamsville, Hilltop Blooms & Beef offers the delight and excellent quality of local, seasonal flowers and specialize in completely grass-fed and grass-finished Red Devon beef.

Lauren is passionate about sharing the unique joy of local, seasonal flowers and loves serving the community through her arrangements, workshops and flower subscriptions. She also sells direct to customers, floral designers and through a flower subscription option. Custom arrangements and bouquets available.

Paul is a Red Devon enthusiast, and works hard to maintain healthy, robust fields to rotate our happy, grass-fed and grass-finished cows. We sell direct to our customers through our beef box options or by the cut.
